Order in Council 895/2022

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

the portions of highway in the City of Vaughan, in the Regional Municipality of York, under the jurisdiction and control of the Ministry of Transportation and described in attached Schedules A and B, be:

designated as controlled-access highway pursuant to

Section 36 of the Public Transportation and Highway Improvement Act , R.S.O. 1990,

Chapter P. 50, as amended; and

transferred to the respective municipalities as described below, and vested in and under the jurisdiction and control of the said municipalities on and after the day on which this order is approved, pursuant to

Section 29 (4) of the Public Transportation and Highway Improvement Act , R.S.O. 1990,

Chapter P. 50, as amended:

Portions of highway described in

Schedule A be transferred to The Regional Municipality of York; and

Portions of highway described in

Schedule B be transferred to The Corporation of the City of Vaughan.
