Order in Council 1247/2025

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to the legislative and other legal authorities cited in Column B of

Schedule 1 to this Order in Council:

The rates of remuneration of the persons appointed to hold office on a full-time basis in adjudicative clusters, adjudicative tribunals and regulatory agencies listed in Column A of

Schedule 1 to this Order in a position listed in Column C of

Schedule 1 (hereinafter referred to as “full-time appointees”) shall be determined in accordance with

Schedule 2 to this Order effective the dates set out in that Schedule;

Full-time appointees shall be reimbursed for reasonable expenses incurred in carrying out their duties in accordance with the relevant directives, guidelines and policies of the Treasury Board and Management Board of Cabinet;

Full-time appointees shall be eligible for benefits, including vacation, comparable to the benefit entitlements of OPS executives in the Senior Management Group and are entitled to elect to participate in the Public Service Pension Plan in accordance with the provisions of the Plan;

In the event of a conflict between this Order in Council and any previous Order in Council relating to the remuneration of full-time appointees in respect of the period commencing April 1, 2025 or thereafter, this Order in Council prevails.

And the following Orders in Council are revoked:>

Order in Council O.C. 2310/2017, dated November 29, 2017 and amending Order in Council O.C. 893/2018, dated April 18, 2018;

Order in Council 1155/2021, dated September 2, 2021;

Order in Council 765/2023, dated June 1, 2023.
