OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Health and Wellness dated August 19, 2025, and pursuant to
Section 16 of
Chapter 197 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Health Services and Insurance Act , is pleased, effective on and after October 7, 2025, for the purposes of the planning and design of the essential healthcare supports program and exterior envelope replacement at the Cape Breton Regional Hospital, to approve the Minister of Health and Wellness to make a capital grant on behalf of the Province to the Nova Scotia Health Authority.
