OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the President of the Executive Council dated February 24, 2006, and pursuant to

Section 25M of

Chapter 376 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Public Service Act, and

Chapter 8 of the Acts of 1990, the Emergency Management Act, is pleased, effective February 24, 2006, to: (

a) revoke the assignment of responsibility for the Emergency Management Office to the Honourable Jamie Muir, which assignment was made by Order in Council 2006-105 dated February 17, 2006; and (

b) assign responsibility for the Emergency Management Office to the Honourable David Morse, a Member of the Executive
