On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:
Pursuant to subsection 4.3 (16) of the Ontario Energy Board Act, 1998 , as re-enacted by
Schedule 2 of the Fixing the Hydro Mess Act, 2019 , and effective the date this subsection is proclaimed into force,
Pankaj Sardana , of Oakville, Ontario
be appointed as a full-time commissioner of the Ontario Energy Board for a fixed term of two years.
