The freeze applies from the day the Bill comes into force and lasts for 90 days. If the Legisla- tive Assembly is not sitting when the freeze ends, the Ministe r may make an order extending the freeze for another 60 days. Le projet de loi gèle le prix de certains produits pétroliers aux prix en vigueur le 5 mai 2003. Le gel s’applique à compter du jour de l’entrée en vigueur du projet de loi et dure 90 jours. Si l’Assemblée législative ne siège pa s lorsque le gel prend fin, le ministre peut, par arrêté, le prolonger de 60 jours.
