OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Natural Resources dated February 7, 2017, and pursuant to clause 16(1)(

b) of

Chapter 114 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Crown Lands Act , is pleased to approve the Minister of Natural Resources: (

a) granting an easement in respect of Crown lands located at Aulds Cove, Antigonish County, and Newtown, Inverness County, having an area of 15.82 hectares as determined by survey and being shown outlined in bold on the plan marked

Schedule "A", which is attached to and forms part of the Report and Recommendation, to Nova Scotia Power Incorporated, for payment of $59,149.56, plus any legal, appraisal, survey, or other costs associated with the transaction; and (

b) executing such documents as may be necessary to achieve the purposes of this Order.
