OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Business and Consumer Services dated August 17, 2000, pursuant to Sections 29 and 33 of
Chapter 436 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Solemnization of Marriage Act, is pleased to make regulations respecting an expiration date for marriage licenses in the form set forth in
Schedule "A" attached to and forming part of the report and recommendation, effective on and after January 1, 2001.
