CHAPTER

An Act to amend The Western Development Museum Act (Assented to April 29, 1980) HER MAJESTY, by and with the advice and consent of the Legislative Assembly of Saskatchewan, enacts as follows:

Short title This Act may be cited as The Western Development Museum Amendment Act, 1980. Rev. Stat. c. W-12 The Western Development Museum Act is amended in the manner set forth in this Act.

Section amended Subsection 3(1) is amended by striking out “nor more than eleven” in the second line.

Section amended Subsections 4(1) and (2) are repealed and the following substituted: “

(1) Each member of the board holds office for a term of one year and until his successor is appointed, but may at any time be removed for cause by the Lieutenant Governor in Council. “
