Order in Council 1580/2017

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Whereas the Government of Ontario appointed a Provincial Land and Development Facilitator by Order in Council 427/2015, dated April 1, 2015, for a period not exceeding three years from the date of the order;

Therefore pursuant to the prerogative of Her Majesty The Queen in Right of Ontario to establish advisory bodies and provide for the appointment of advisors to assist Her Majesty's Government of Ontario in the discharge of its executive obligations and responsibilities,

The appointment of Paula Dill, of the City of Toronto, as Provincial Land and Development Facilitator to serve at the pleasure of the Lieutenant Governor in Council is hereby extended for a period not exceeding two years, effective April 1, 2018.
