An Act to Amend the New Brunswick Income Tax Act Loi modifiant la Loi de l’impôt sur le revenu du Nouveau-Brunswick Her Majesty, by and with the advice and consent of the Legislative Assembly of New Brunswick, enacts as follows: Sa Majesté, sur l’avis et avec le consentement de l’Assemblée législative du Nouveau-Brunswick, édicte : 1

Section of the New Brunswick Income Tax Act,

chapter N-6.001 of the Acts of New Brunswick, 2000, is amended by adding after subsection (2.5) the follow- ing: 1 L’article de la Loi de l’impôt sur le revenu du Nouveau-Brunswick,

chapitre N-6.001 des Lois du Nouveau-Brunswick de 2000, est modifié par l’adjonc- tion de ce qui suit après le paragraphe (2.5) : 57(2.6) For the purposes of subsection (1) and for the period commencing on January 1, 2019, the amount de- termined under paragraph 125(5.1)(

b) of the Federal Act shall be deemed to be zero. 57(2.6) Pour l’application du paragraphe (1) et pour la période commençant le er janvier 2019, la somme obte- nue selon l’alinéa 125(5.1)
