An Act to amend The Queen’s Bench Act (Assented to March 30, 1972) Rev. Stat. c.73,

section amended

Section of The Queen’s Bench Act is amended by adding thereto immediately after subsection (2) thereof the following subsection: “(2A) For each office of judge of the court provided for by subsection (1) or by proclamation under subsection (2), there shall be the additional office of supernumerary judge of the court and each supernumerary judge shall hold himself available to perform such judicial duties as may be assigned to him from time to time by the Chief Justice of the Queen’s Bench”. 1972, c.99, s.1.
