Loi sur la réglementation des alcools . 2 The following is added after subsection 17(1) : 2 Il est ajouté, après le paragraphe 17(1), ce qui suit : Commission's own stores in other municipalities not to be considered 17(1.1) In considering under subsection (1) whether to deem any part of a rural area as being at such a distance from an existing liquor store that it is desirable that, for the convenience of the inhabita nts of the area, a place for the sale of liquor be established, the commission must not, despite any agreement to the contrary, have regard to a liquor store operated by the commission that is in a municipality other than the municipality in which the liquor vendor would be located.
