Order in Council 1228/2023

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to

section 10 of the Ontario Infrastructure and Lands Corporation Act, 2011 ,

Michael Lindsay of Toronto

be reappointed as Chief Executive Officer of the Ontario Infrastructure and Lands Corporation, to serve at the pleasure of the Lieutenant Governor in Council for a period not extending beyond October 31, 2026, effective November 1, 2023.
