Order in Council 1280/2022

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Whereas Shahid Chaudhry was reappointed as part-time member of the Landlord and Tenant Board for a fixed term of one year, effective April 15, 2022, by Order in Council O.C. 35/2022;

And

whereas Shahid Chaudhry tendered his resignation effective May 17, 2022;

Therefore, pursuant to subsection 169(1) of the Residential Tenancies Act, 2006 , Order in Council O.C. 35/2022 be revoked effective May 17, 2022.
