Section 6 of

Chapter 13 of the Acts of 2001, the Veterinary Medical Act, is pleased to approve amendments made by the Council of the Nova Scotia Veterinary Medical Association to the Veterinary Medical Regulations, N.S. Reg. 37/2006, approved by the Governor in Council by Order in Council 2006-104 dated February 17, 2006, to modify the scope of practice for a small animal mobile clinic, small animal remote service and small animal house call service and make housekeeping changes, in the manner set forth in

Schedule "A" attached to and forming part of the Report and Recommendation, effective on and after October 21, 2014.
