Order in Council 1001/2024

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Whereas Delanah Gobio of Georgina, appointed by O.C. 1274/2023 as a part-time member of the Council of the College of Medical Radiation and Imaging Technologists of Ontario, has resigned from her appointment effective April 8, 2024;

Now therefore , pursuant to clause 7(1)(

b) of the Medical Radiation and Imaging Technology Act, 2017 , Order in Council numbered O.C. 1274/2023 be revoked.
