OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Transportation and Infrastructure Renewal and Minister of Health and Wellness dated August 21, 2019, and pursuant to
Section 16 of
Chapter 197 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Health Services and Insurance Act , is pleased to approve the provision or use of funds by the Minister of Health and Wellness on behalf of the Province in the total amount not to exceed four million five hundred thousand dollars ($4,500,000) to contribute to the New Waterford Community Recreation Relocation, effective on and after September 30, 2019.
