On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:
Pursuant to subsection 37(2) of the Provincial Animal Welfare Services Act, 2019 and subsection 16(4) of the Adjudicative Tribunals Accountability, Governance and Appointments Act, 2009 , Stephanie Zwicker Slavens of Toronto be appointed as part-time member and vice-chair of the Animal Care Review Board for a fixed term effective the date this Order in Council is made and ending April 14, 2023.
