OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Natural Resources dated July 10, 2013, and pursuant to subsection 8(1) and clause 16(1)(

c) of

Chapter 114 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Crown Lands Act, is pleased to approve the Minister of Natural Resources to: (

a) transfer the administration and control of Crown land at Cow Bay Road, Sydney, Cape Breton County, containing approximately 51.55 hectares (127.4 acres) and shown outlined in bold on

Schedule "A", which is attached to and forms part of the Report and Recommendation, to Her Majesty the Queen in right of Canada; (

b) accept the transfer of administration and control from Her Majesty the Queen in right of Canada of land at McNabs Island, Halifax County, containing approximately 11 hectares (27.25 acres) and shown outlined in bold on

Schedule "B", which is attached to and forms part of the Report and Recommendation; and (

c) execute such documents as may be necessary to achieve the purposes of this Order.
