OIC Text: The Governor in Council, on the report and recommendation of the Minister of the Public Service Commission dated May 18, 2024, and pursuant to

Article 6 of the Agreement and Declaration of Trust dated the 1st day of May, 1985, entered into between Her Majesty the Queen in the Right of the Province of Nova Scotia and the Nova Scotia Government and General Employees Union, as amended on November 10, 2004, March 6, 2012 and June 12, 2012, is pleased to appoint Siobhan Ryan, as a Trustee of the Nova Scotia Public Service Long Term Disability Plan Trust Fund for a three (3) year term effective June 4, 2024, on the terms and conditions of the Agreement and Declaration of Trust as amended.
