OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Municipal Affairs dated May 28, 2014, and pursuant to

Section 5 of

Chapter 8 of the Acts of 2004, the Oil Refineries and L.N.G Plants Municipal Taxation Act, is pleased to amend the Bear Head L.N.G. Plant Municipal Property Taxation Regulations, N.S. Reg. 209/2004, made by the Governor in Council by Order in Council 2004-382 dated September 23, 2004, to update provisions respecting the amount of municipal taxes payable before commercial operations commence, in the manner set forth in

Schedule "A" attached to and forming part of the Report and Recommendation, effective July 1, 2014.
