OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Justice and Attorney General dated September 7, 2001, pursuant to the Notaries and Commissioners Act and the
Interpretation Act, is pleased to: (
a) revoke the appointment of Denise Hutchinson, which appointment was made pursuant to Order in Council 1998-408 dated August 5, 1998; and (
b) appoint Denise Hutchinson of Dartmouth, Halifax Regional Municipality, as a Commissioner for taking affidavits while employed with the Capital District Health Authority.
