OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of the Public Service Commission dated June 17, 2004, and pursuant to Sections 32 and 33 of
Chapter 70 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Civil Service Act, and
Section 9 of
Chapter 21 of the Acts of 1990, the Public Prosecutions Act, is pleased to approve the rate of compensation for the positions of Regional Crown Attorney within the Public Prosecution Service, effective July 9, 2004.
