OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Finance and Treasury Board dated April 26, 2023, and pursuant to
Section 35 of
Chapter 2 of the Acts of 2010, the Finance Act , is pleased, effective May 9, 2023, to approve a borrowing plan for the fiscal year 2023-2024, comprising the borrowing of money by the Minister of Finance and Treasury Board for terms greater than three hundred and sixty-five days to a maximum aggregate amount of $2,250,000,000.
