OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Justice and Attorney General dated May 9, 2000, pursuant to the Notaries and Commissioners Act, and the
Interpretation Act, is pleased to: (
a) revoke the appointment of Penny L. Walker of Lower Sackville, Halifax Regional Municipality, as a Commissioner for taking Affidavits while employed with Block & MacLean, which appointment was made by Order in Council 87-1420 dated November 17, 1987; and (
b) appoint Penny L. AuCoin of Lower Sackville, Halifax Regional Municipality, as a Commissioner for taking Affidavits, while employed with Block & MacLean.
