OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Attorney General and Minister of Justice, dated September 19, 2017, and pursuant to
Section 6 of
Chapter 376 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Public Service Act , is pleased to, effective October 4, 2017, approve the Attorney General and Minister of Justice entering into Funding Agreement Amendment No. 2 between Nova Scotia and Canada regarding the Nova Scotia Court Monitored Drug Treatment Program to support opioid misuse research, substantially in the form or to like effect as set out in
Schedule “A”, attached to and forming part of the Report and Recommendation.
