Order in Council 195/2018

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Whereas Jayashree (Jay) Sengupta was appointed a full-time member and Vice Chair of the Child and Family Services Review Board and the Custody Review Board for a term ending September 2, 2018, effective November 16, 2016, by Order in Council O.C. 1699/2016;

And

whereas Jayashree (Jay) Sengupta tendered her resignation effective January 6, 2018;

Therefore, pursuant to subsection 77(

a) of the Legislation Act, 2006 and subsections 207(2) and 96(2) of the Child and Family Services Act , Order in Council O.C. 1699/2016 be revoked effective January 6, 2018.
