Statute: Sydney Steel Corporation Act Public Service Act

OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the President of the Executive Council dated August 18, 2003, and pursuant to

Section 4 of

Chapter 376 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Public Service Act, and to

Section 2 of

Chapter 456 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Sydney Steel Corporation Act, is pleased, effective August 18, 2003, to: (

a) revoke Order in Council 2003-11 dated January 16, 2003, which Order assigned all affairs and matters relating to the Sydney Steel Corporation Act to the Honourable Gordon D. Balser; and (

b) assign all affairs and matters relating to the Sydney Steel Corporation Act to the Honourable Ronald S. Russell, a Member of the Executive Council, who may be described as the Minister responsible for the Sydney Steel Corporation Act.
