Order in Council 311/2018

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to subsections 3(1) and 3(3) of the Ministry of Health and Long-Term Care Appeal and Review Boards Act, 1998,

Taivi Lobu of Toronto

be reappointed as a member and redesignated as a full-time Vice-Chair of the Health Professions Appeal and Review Board for a period of two years, effective February 24, 2018 to and including February 23, 2020.
