OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Agriculture and Marketing dated December 16, 1999, pursuant to Sections 9 and 11 of
Chapter 308 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Natural Products Act, is pleased to: (
a) approve the repeal of the regulations respecting the Chicken Marketing Board approved by Order in Council 84-813 dated July 17, 1984; and (
b) approve the making of new regulations respecting the Chicken Farmers of Nova Scotia made by the Natural Products Marketing Council, in the form set forth in
Schedule "A" attached to and forming part of the report and recommendation.
