Order in Council 1372/2024

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Whereas Tyler Elyea was appointed as part-time member of the Investment Advisory Committee of the Public Guardian and Trustee for a period not exceeding three years, effective March 4, 2022, by Order in Council O.C. 491/2022;

And

whereas Tyler Elyea tendered his resignation on April 19, 2024;

Therefore, pursuant to subsection 4(2) of Ontario Regulation 191/95 made under the Public Guardian and Trustee Act, Order in Council O.C. 491/2022 be revoked effective the date this Order in Council is made.
