Order in Council 1624/2016

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

WHEREAS by Order in Council numbered O.C. 927/2014, dated the 23 rd day of July 2014, Allan William Furlong was reappointed as a member of the Durham Regional Police Services Board for a period of two years effective August 21, 2014, and

whereas his appointment will soon expire;

AND

WHEREAS Allan William Furlong has agreed to be further reappointed as a member of the Durham Regional Police Services Board;

THEREFORE pursuant to

section 27 of the Police Services Act, as amended, Allan William Furlong is hereby reappointed as a member of the Durham Regional Police Services Board for a further period of two years, effective August 21, 2016.
