OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Attorney General and Minister of Justice dated May 31, 2022, and pursuant to
Section 6 of
Chapter 376 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Public Service Act , is pleased, effective June 21, 2022, to approve the Attorney General and Minister of Justice entering into a Funding Agreement with Her Majesty the Queen in right of Canada to fund community engagement sessions on the establishment of culturally tailored Community Justice Centres in Nova Scotia, substantially in the form set forth in
Schedule "A" attached to and forming part of the Report and Recommendation, subject only to such variations as do not materially change the Agreement.
