PRESSURE EQUIPMENT SAFETY AMENDMENT REGULATION

section 65 of the Safety Codes Act.

1 The Pressure Equipment Safety Regulation (AR 49/2006)

is amended by this Regulation.

Section 3(

b) is amended by striking out "CSA Standard

Z305.1-92(r-2001), Non Flammable Medical Gas Piping Systems"

and substituting "CSA Standard Z7396.1, Medical Gas Pipeline

Systems -

Part 1: Pipelines for Medical Gases and Vacuum".

Section 6 is amended

(

a) by repealing clauses (

c) and (

d) and substituting

the following:

(

c) CSA Standard Z662-2007, Oil and Gas Pipeline

Systems;

(

d) ASME Boiler and Pressure Vessel Code - 2007, except

Division 2 - Alternative Rules, of

Alberta Heritage Scholarship Act

ALBERTA HERITAGE SCHOLARSHIP AMENDMENT REGULATION

section 7 of the Alberta Heritage Scholarship Act.

1 The Alberta Heritage Scholarship Regulation (AR 214/99)

is amended by this Regulation.

Section 2 is amended

(

a) by repealing subsection (1)(

b) and substituting the

following:

(

b) has completed a high school education

(

i) after September 30, 1980, as specified by the

Minister, with marks that average at least 80% in

not less than 5 subjects prescribed or accepted by

the Minister, in grades 10 to 12 or any one or any

combination of those grades satisfactory to the

Minister, or

(ii) after April 1, 2008, as specified by the Minister,

with marks that average at least 75% but less than

80% in not less than 5 subjects prescribed or

accepted by the Minister, in grades 10 to 12 or any

one or any combination of those grades

satisfactory to the Minister,

and

(

b) by repealing subsection (2) and substituting the

following:

(2) An Alexander Rutherford Scholarship shall not exceed

$2500 and is apportioned, with respect to grades 10 to 12, as

follows:

(

a) for grade 10

(

i) a maximum of $400 for an average of at least 80%,

(ii) a maximum of $300 for an average of at least 75%

but less than 80%;

(

b) for grade 11

(

i) a maximum of $800 for an average of at least 80%,

(ii) a maximum of $500 for an average of at least 75%

but less than 80%;

(

c) for grade 12

(

i) a maximum of $1300 for an average of at least

80%, or

(ii) a maximum of $700 for an average of at least 75%

but less than 80%.

Section 3(3) is amended by striking out "$1500" and

substituting "$2500".

Section 11(2)(

a) is amended by striking out "$8000" and

substituting "$15 000".

Section 15 is amended

(

a) in subsection (2) by striking out "5" and

substituting "7";

(

b) in subsection (3) by striking out "$5000" and

substituting "$15 000".

Section 19 is amended by striking out "$30 000 000" and

substituting "$45 000 000".
