An Act to amend The Legal Profession Act. [Assented to May 4, 1979.] H ER Majesty, by and with the advice and consent of the Legislative Assembly of Saskatchewan, enacts as follows: 1. This Act may be cited as The Legal Profession Amendment Act, 1979. 2. The Legal Profession Act is amended in the manner set forth in this Act. 3.

Section is amended by adding after "Saskatchewan," in the fourth line the following: "the dean of the College of Law of The University of Saskatchewan for the time being,". 4.

Section is amended: (

a) by striking out "not exceeding five in number," in the third and fourth lines of subsection (1); and (

b) by striking out: (i) "and, in case of a" in the seventh line; and (ii) the eighth and ninth lines; of subsection (2).
