OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Natural Resources dated February 20, 2013, and pursuant to subsection 7(

a) of

Chapter 114 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Crown Lands Act, is pleased to authorize the Minister of Natural Resources to: (

a) acquire land at Lake O’Law, Inverness County, Nova Scotia, identified in the Agreement of Purchase and Sale as PIDs 50137389, 50076181 and outlined in bold on the map marked

Schedule "A", which is attached to and forms part of the Report and Recommendation, from the Estate of the late Ingrid Sieghild Niendorf, her respective executors, heirs, trustees, administrators and approved successors and assigns for a purchase price of $122,000.00 plus any legal, appraisal or survey costs incurred by the Minister in respect of the purchase, subject to the condition that the Estate of the late Ingrid Sieghild Niendorf, her respective executors, heirs, trustees, administrators and approved successors and assigns be able to certify title to the land in a manner deemed sufficient by the Department of Justice; and (

b) execute such documents as may be necessary to achieve the purposes of this Order.
