CHAPTER

An Act to amend The Wakamow Valley Authority Act (Assented to August 25, 1989) HER MAJESTY, by and with the advice and consent of the Legislative Assembly of Saskatchewan, enacts as follows:

Short title1 This Act may be cited as The Wakamow Valley Authority Amendment Act, 1989. S.S. 1980-81, c.W-1.1,

section 61.1 amended

Section 61.1 of The Wakamow Valley Authority Act is amended by adding the following clause after clause (b): "(

c) commencing on April 1, 1989 and ending on March 31, 1990". Coming into force3 This Act comes into force on the day of assent but is retroactive and is deemed to have been in force on and from April 1, 1989.
