OIC Text: The Governor in Council, on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Addictions and Mental Health dated September 8, 2023, and pursuant to
Section 65 of
Chapter 42 of the Acts of 2005, the Involuntary Psychiatric Treatment Act , and
Section 18 of
Chapter 235 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the
Interpretation Act , hereby: (
a) revokes the appointment of Ian Gulliver of Halifax Regional Municipality (Dartmouth) as a lay member of the Review Board, made by Order in Council 2022-69 dated March 15, 2022, effective October 10, 2023; and (
b) revokes the appointment of Andrea Shaheen of Cape Breton Regional Municipality (Sydney) as a lay member of the Review Board, made by Order in Council 2022-131 dated May 10, 2022, effective October 10, 2023.
