Order in Council 1699/2023

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to subsection 58(2) of the Fire Protection and Prevention Act, 1997 and subsection 16(4) of the Adjudicative Tribunals Accountability, Governance and Appointments Act, 2009 , Stephanie Kepman of Ottawa be reappointed as part-time member and vice-chair of the Fire Safety Commission for a fixed term effective March 24, 2024 and ending January 23, 2025.
