OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Health and Wellness dated July 20, 2022, and pursuant to
Section 10 of
Chapter 2 of the Acts of 2009, the Dietitians Act, is pleased to approve new regulations respecting the registration, licensing and professional accountability of dieticians made by the Board of the Nova Scotia Dietetic Association, in the form set forth in
Schedule "A" attached to and forming part of the Report and Recommendation, effective on and after January 24, 2023.
