Order in Council 1379/2018

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to subsection 61(1) of the Ontario Works Act, 1997 and subsection 16(2) of the Adjudicative Tribunals Accountability, Governance and Appointments Act, 2009 , Beverly Moore of Ancaster be reappointed a full-time member and Associate Chair of the Social Benefits Tribunal for a fixed term of one year, effective January 1, 2019.
