OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Justice and Attorney General dated March 19, 2003, pursuant to the Notaries and Commissioners Act and the
Interpretation Act, is pleased to: (
a) revoke the appointment of Darlene M. Cathcart, made pursuant to Order in Council 2002-472 dated October 10, 2002, to expire February 28, 2007; and (
b) appoint Darlene M. Gillard of Sydney, Cape Breton Regional Municipality, as a Commissioner for taking Affidavits, to expire February 28, 2007.
