Chapter 300 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Municipal Elections Act , and pursuant to

Chapter 235 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the
Interpretation Act , is pleased to appoint Alexander Hudson of Victoria County as the Municipal Elections Officer for a term of four (4) years.
