OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Justice and Attorney General dated December 18, 2002, and pursuant to Sections 8 and 10 of

Chapter 103 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Corrections Act, is pleased to: (

a) appoint Bruce P. Archibald, Q.C., of Halifax, Halifax Regional Municipality, as a member of the Correctional Facilities Employee Relations Board, and designate him Chair, for a term of two years commencing on and after January 23, 2003, and to determine his remuneration to be at the rate of $175.00 per hour; (

b) appoint Barbara A. MacLennan of Halifax, Halifax Regional Municipality, as a member of the Correctional Facilities Employee Relations Board for a term of two years commencing on and after January 23, 2003, and to determine her remuneration to be at the rate of $50.00 per hour; and (

c) appoint Donald R. Homans of Windsor Junction, Halifax Regional Municipality, as a member of the Correctional Facilities Employee Relations Board for a term of two years commencing on and after January 23, 2003, and to determine his remuneration to be at the rate of $50.00 per hour.
