On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor, by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, orders that Appendix A.1 of the Supreme Court Civil Rules, B.C. Reg. 168/2009, is amended

(

a) in

section 2 (

c) of the

Schedule for Grant of Probate or Grant of Administration with Will Annexed and the

Schedule for Ancillary Grant of Probate or Ancillary Grant of Administration with Will Annexed in Form P2 and in

section 2 (

c) of the

Schedule for Resealing of Grant of Probate or Grant of Administration with Will Annexed in Form P21 by striking out " have did " and substituting " did ",

(

b) in

Part III of Exhibit A of Forms P10 and P15 by striking out " Intangible Personal Property within British Columbia that is not dealt with by the foreign grant " and substituting " Intangible Personal Property within British Columbia, and Intangible Personal Property outside British Columbia, that is not dealt with by a foreign grant ", and

(

c) in

Part III of Exhibit A of Forms P11 and P14 by striking out " that is not dealt with by the foreign grant " and substituting " that is not dealt with by a foreign grant ".
