OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Health dated July 31, 1998, pursuant to
Section 61 of
Chapter 208 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, as amended, the Hospitals Act, is pleased to appoint William H.R. Charles, Q.C. of Halifax, Halifax Regional Municipality as a member of the Review Board for all facilities under the said Act for a term of office of one year commencing August 1, 1998 and ending July 31, 1999.
