OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Labour and Workforce Development dated November 4, 2010, and pursuant to Sections 16 and 17 of
Chapter 475 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Trade Union Act, is pleased to: (
a) appoint Thomas Patterson of Dartmouth, Halifax Regional Municipality, as an Alternate Labour member of the Labour Relations Board (Nova Scotia) for a term of three (3) years commencing November 30, 2010; (
b) fix the remuneration of Thomas Patterson at the rate of $150.00 per day for each day he necessarily attends to the business of the Labour Relations Board (Nova Scotia), in addition to such actual and reasonable expenses as may be incurred by him in the discharge of his duties; (
c) appoint Linda Power of Halifax, Halifax Regional Municipality, as an Alternate Labour member of the Labour Relations Board (Nova Scotia) for a term of three (3) years commencing November 30, 2010; (
d) fix the remuneration of Linda Power at the rate of $150.00 per day for each day she necessarily attends to the business of the Labour Relations Board (Nova Scotia), in addition to such actual and reasonable expenses as may be incurred by her in the discharge of her duties;\x0c (
e) appoint Larry Wark of Hammonds Plains, Halifax Regional Municipality, as an Alternate Labour member of the Labour Relations Board (Nova Scotia) for a term of three (3) years commencing November 30, 2010; and (
f) fix the remuneration of Larry Wark at the rate of $150.00 per day for each day he necessarily attends to the business of the Labour Relations Board (Nova Scotia), in addition to such actual and reasonable expenses as may be incurred by him in the discharge of his duties.
