OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Municipal Affairs dated October 19, 2017, and pursuant to

Section 6 of

Chapter 376 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Public Service Act , is pleased, effective on and after November 28, 2017, to: (

a) approve to the Minister of Municipal Affairs entering into a Contribution Agreement with Public Safety and Emergency Preparedness Canada, substantially in the form set forth in

Schedule “A” attached to and forming part of the Report and Recommendation, subject only to such variations as do not materially change the nature of the Contribution Agreement; and (

b) authorize the Minister of Municipal Affairs to execute such documents as may be necessary to achieve the purposes of this Order and the Contribution Agreement.
