Order in Council 328/2025

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to subsection 3 (2) of the Niagara Parks Act ,

Spencer DeWolfe of St. Catharines

be reappointed as a member of The Niagara Parks Commission to serve at the pleasure of the Lieutenant Governor in Council for a period not exceeding 3 years, effective the later of March 4, 2025 or the date this Order in Council is made.
